Our story on how to mulch and export biomass

Ménard-Darriet-Cullerier is working on grinding with exportation since 2009, in collaboration with Eider and Serrat companies.

The start of the project began on the military base of Montmorillon with an Eider rubber track vehicle, a FX Serrat mulcher with swinging hammers and a farming harvester...

The mulching was successful but the pickup needed to be ameliorated.

In 2009 we continued to work with Eider on the concept and designed the BREC (exportating mulcher with pickup).

Shredding and pickup were executed perfectly, exportation was somewhat laborious and it required improvements throughout 2012.

In 2013 the SLAT company acquired the exportating mulcher Biogreen for small vegetation to mount it on his Gregoire TC 160 rubber track vehicle.

In 2014 the same company trusted again the Serrat mulchers by ordering the company Ménard-Darriet-Cullerier a new Biogreen (with hydraulic offset one).

For 2015, the company Ménard-Darriet-Cullerier forecasts with Serrat mulchers to provide a forestry version of the Biogreen: the Bioforest based on a FX mulcher with swinging hammers.

Notre histoire du broyage avec exportation

Ménard-Darriet-Cullerier travaille sur le broyage avec exportation depuis 2009, en collaboration avec les sociétés Eider et Serrat.

Le démarrage du projet a commencé sur la base militaire de Montmorillon avec un chenillard Eider, un broyeur Serrat type FX à marteaux mobiles et une ensileuse...

Le broyage s'est admirablement déroulé, par contre la récupération à l'ensileuse n'a pas été couronnée de succès.

Nous avons continué à travailler avec la société Eider sur le concept et avons, avec l'aide de la société Humeau Constructions, conçu un prototype de broyeur exportateur, le BREC sur base Serrat type FX en 2011.

Le broyage et la récupération se sont parfaitement déroulés, l'exportation était un peu plus laborieuse et a nécessité des modifications tout au long de 2012.

En 2013 la société SLAT s'est porté acquéreuse du premier broyeur exportateur Biogreen destiné à la petite végétation pour le monter sur son chenillard Grégoire TC 160 des années 1990.

En 2014 cette même société a de nouveau fait confiance aux broyeurs Serrat en commandant à la société Ménard-Darriet-Cullerier un nouveau Biogreen (avec déport hydraulique celui-là).

Ménard-Darriet-Cullerier a réalisé un chenillard MD TRACK 250, toujours en collaboration avec la société Eider, pour permettre à la société SLAT de broyer et d'exporter en milieux sensibles (marais, sols meubles...) en remplacement du chenillard Grégoire.

En 2017 la société Sylvinov (ex-Ménard-Darriet-Cullerier) sort avec la société Serrat une version forestière du Biogreen: le Biosylva sur base de broyeur type FX à marteaux mobiles.
